I was of course completely wrong in my reasoning, so please ignore my previous post. I went back to the rules on PLCOP and PLCOW and below is how it works.

The real flaw in Baton's post is that the warrants do not convert to preferred shares but give one the right to purchase PLCOP. You have to pay $5 per share for each PLCOP. So if you believe that sometime after December 29, 1999 and before late 2001, when the warrants expire, that PLCO will be worth more than 1/6 of $5.19 (remember you had to pay for the warrants!) then you will be ahead of the game. So, PLCO will need to be more than about $0.87. Probably a pretty safe bet but in order to be a 100-bagger, PLCO will need to get to almost $90!
