I see now that I've slightly contradicted myself--the first message I wrote said the guy I talked to hadn't even heard of Sedona, while the second said he was aware of a very old agreement. Sorry for the contradiction. I believe that the second is accurate. I haven't thought about it for a while but that sounds right to me now that I've thought about it some more. For what it's worth..
