Did Mitchell consult his Marketimer before increasing his l999 S&P 500 operating estimate to fifty dollars? Seems Marketimer has had that projection for months. Oh well, better late than never. And if we are on the eve of destruction, how come investors are so comfortable paying 27 times l999 estimated earnings for stocks. Seems as if they thought we were on the eve of destruction they would shy away from such lofty valuations. Perhaps instead they believe they are on the eve of more riches!
