Any one seen my old girl friend,heard her name mentioned on the private site lost touch with her after she was banished from SI months ago.Please tell her if anyone is still in touch that I'm just sitin here in my rockin chair wonderin how she is gettin on.Viper Chick 69 was like magic with her computer skills and I miss seeing them around.Would love to see her get involved with "A"s new WEB SITE,now that would be a real class act.

Dear imp, I am NOT following this thread (and some of us know why I posted here <wicked cackle>). I am posting now to respond to the points raised in your posting and in the portion you quote. The weakest individual in a group or relationship tends to control the interactions by using the weakness itself--the old passive/aggressive theme. I suspect that freedom is not only the toleration of the most obnoxious member but also our ability to limit the effects of the weakest member--which requires personal honesty, strength, and a willingness to deal realistically with things that many of us should prefer not to face at all.
