...lack of money, lack of money, lack of money....

Don't forget the upcoming IPO. This should address the lack of money problem.

You are right to be cautious about purchasing shares in this company, as you should be about any investment. However, when you weigh all the evidence, PLCOP in particular, then the risks are relatively small. If you bought PLCOP today ($1 5/32) then to be down at the end of the year the commons would have to be trading at less than $0.20.

The Company has entered into a letter of intent with an investment banking firm to raise additional equity in the approximate amount of $20-25 million through the public sale of a minority interest in the Company's Toys subsidiary. This public offering currently is expected to close in 1999. This investment banking firm also participated in the $2.8 million private placement in July 1999.

The Company is working to increase its lines of credit with its vendors to more adequately address not only the past growth but its expected future growth as well. As noted above, the Company has significantly strengthened its balance sheet by raising approximately $3.5 million in additional equity over the past three months, which should result in expanded lines of credit with its trade vendors.

... seems as if that's where they will obtain the greater portion of their money to finance their expansion..
