The story driving PQT is the possiblity of them going to the NASD from the AMX. This would be a smart move on the part of PQT due to liquidity on the AMX. PQT has filed the S1 for the IPO of PCQuote.com, but I don't know if it has gone out yet. The largest problem the PQT has is that they made a deal with the devil when they did the convertibles with PICO...Last count was 11 MM share filed to sell. PQT has improved there bottom line, but is a long way from becoming profitable. Remember too that PQT is always a "sell the news" stock. The move from high 4 to low 8 is a perfect indication of what is about to happen.
