You are correct. Actually, I haven't looked lately the number of PLCOP issued, so I'm not sure of your figure but I believe it's of that order of magnitude. So there is a major dilution issue here. However, I think most purchasers of PLCOP (myself anyway) are planning to sell BEFORE the conversion date. We are banking on a rise is PLCO, and hence in PLCOP, due to the website and the IPO which are both supposed to happen in the fall. Piper
