Good luck on your Sec complaint, When the broker I worked for, stolen 600,000 from the trust fund . I went to the state Real Estate board, boy did I get a shock, they could have cared less. !!! I was told that they had 200 cases, and they would be in no hurry to do any thing. I hope you find it different at the SEC, I read where they are real busy with stock fraud. Maybe you can sue the brokerage who let you buy this penny stock, under 5 is penny, so I was told. I had to sign and wife had to sign to buy stock under 5 bucks. wishing you the best.
