Eric, Right on the mark. I posted the message because I thought it relevant to shedding light on recent rumors and posturing from T. (#14965 & 66) It also concurs with my other post regarding comments from the analyst on Fridays WSW who stated that the open access issue will most likely be settled by 'fee for service' rather then congressional action. I am not an expert in this area, but it sure makes business sense to me. It does not sit badly with me regarding athm's prospects either. If they perform as envisioned and if Excite becomes the new 'sticky screen' they should do very well and provide significant income from stock appreciation for T. It does place pressure on them to roll out a product and service that is par excellence, but who is without this kind of pressure now a days? Its how diamonds are made. If they make the grade I still see them as the top dog with the biggest financial gain. AOL and others have their access, but at a cost. This will not hurt ATHM. imo

All the best,

Solid
