Harvey: Thanks for the info. There was similar mention to the investment made back in 1997 when QCOM was one of the original investors in a private placement. I am still kicking myself for missing the run on PHCM. I said the same thing after PCS spiked from $17 to $34, but I bought some anyhow. Not looking too bad so far. It's a bit harder to comprehend the valuation of PHCM at this point. They have the same market cap as QCOM a year ago.

Someone pointed out that QCOM was not listed as a 5% holder of the common stock in the prospectus. It would be interesting to note how much of the convertible securities that QCOM might hold.
