Cannington already is producing at nearly it's peek production according to Silver Institute projections. It accounts for roughly 6% of world supply. I understand that silver production worldwide has been rising in the 90's. Yet demand far outpaces supply. Mines in Mexico, the world's largest producer, are playing out, including a 7 million oz a year operation ready to close, suggesting slightly falling production numbers. But I admit I could be wrong, as I know Sunshine is increasing output. New uses for silver, such as collodial applications, I think have made deficits of supply with regards to demand a way of life for the time being, i.e. next number of years.
