Well, let's see, had you listened to puddinhead who fabricated a buyout opinion and insinuated that A@P's analysis was wrong. you would not be very happy, and you wouldn't be able to afford shoes to walk on anything.

I have one question, who was right?

That's what he is all about, being right through education and hype deflation. I see nothing wrong with what was posted, hopefully many people saw it and were saved from buying any IRID stock which we all know now is worthless.

I rest my case.

A@P<---Guilty of being right again

Very good points. Is A@P going to threaten all who make unsubstantiated predictions (can predictions besubstantiated ?) on stocks he shorts by threatening to go to the very SEC he ran afoul of?

Excellent post, Jorj, I completely agree.

I also think that A@P contributed to this "walking on egg shell" environment with the online attorney and threats of turning people into the SEC.

Heres some more examples where Anthony demanded Steve Harmon's credentials as an internet analyst (btw he has exceptional credentials)... but anyway "analyst" is not a title that requires licensing, the VCs routinely have the title analyst and there is no associated regulation.

SI is immensely fortunate to have Harmon answering questions on this site and Anthony was completely out of line, imo.

All of that Mumbo Jumbo doesnt answer my question..Is he licnsed or not and who made him an analyst..or is he in violation of SEC reg's..Simple enough..Now lets stop beating around the bush
