Some points. First, I doubt that anyone knows the results yet. Not MGJ and not Diamet. Second, these sorts of negotiations take many months so I would guess they have been talking with Diamet long before these results were due out. And finally, if I was a junior and Diamet wanted to give me some money and partake of their expertise I wouldn't say no.

pure spec on all our parts that someone knows the results. one thing for certain is the mgj and aot have no $ for this kind of exploration so the only way to go is get a partner like diamet, welcome aboard as we were going nowhere! personally, i think the timing of the jv means there is more there than meets the eye and is not just a coincidence of timing. i also doubt that this has been months in the works with diamet, decisions like this can be made in quick order as the expenditures are over a long period.....of course diamet has known of the vi potential for yrs anyways......
