That's my point.... I would never accuse you of such.. You keep bring up the Warren Court... Agreeing with this view, the liberal "Warren Court" broadly expanded 4th Amendment search and seizure protections, Miranda "rights", state-paid defense counsel rights, free speech rights, etc. Although they thought they were doing good.. They weren't.. I feel they went to far and the conservatives were just returning the law to it's origins...We do not need "shackles" on law enforcement. What we need is for them to just obey the laws they've sworn to uphold... But you know how it goes.. Sometimes covering your @ss is more important than individual rights.. C
