Well you may be right and my scenario may never happen. If PLCO does as we hope and PLCOP continues to trade well after the conversion date and, presumably, at higher than the $8.50 figure in question, then the company can redeem the warrants.

However, I am thinking of buying a few PLCOW (one can get 1000 for $200 currently) and then forget about them for a while. If PLCO and PLCOP does well in the near term I will come out ahead, either by picking up the PLCOP at a bargain or simply selling PLCOW at a higher price. If my scenario pans out and the company is never able to exercise the redemption option until it is too late, then perhaps I have an outside chance at a killing.
