At least the Merrill piece has an "edge" to it. If what they're saying about DUV steppers is accurate, fine. In theory, that's what "research" is.

You're long because you think you should be long. Not because Dim Whit, Dancing Mona, et. al. think so. And that's how it should be.

chas, we don't shoot writers. the writers themselves ALWAYS beat us to it ;-)

so, dram demand drops or, at best, stays flat for the next 2 qs - due to seasonal factors. this is going to create a capacity constraint.

yes, that's right, folks. the lack of testers is going to prohibit any dram maker from increasing output for over SIX MONTHS!

of course, if demand is flat and output increases...

the author has a problem.
