I'm betting they'll pass. From what I've been told, there were several small glitches last time that were fixed early on. I also think whatever political issues were involved have been resolved. That's my own assessment based on conversations after the last round was announced.

This is all in my own opinion so don't base any investment decisions on what I've said.

I've put my money where my mouth is and added to my position.
