USWB has hit 23, so LONG USWB at 23.25 at the close. This is signalling a move to 31 for me. It was 27 previously. It has broken out of downtrend on heavy volume, up 1.4 yesterday and 2.3+ today. BUY on pullbacks!!! Still long LIOX and SYBS and NOK. Comment: NOK rebounded nicely from QCOM-related fall, should retest 87, if it can breakout, >>> 100. Sold my SE, which still looks good to move to 23-25 from 20.25 and today's volume looked real good, so it's turning, but it is more a bounce candidate than in a strong uptrend at this time, so I switched into USWB, which may pullback but is now in a strong uptrend. Ketan
