I guess I caught your link too late. Monday's news is showing now (and I didn't feel like navigating the site to find the article). My concern about a 3rd interest rate hike goes back to '94 (I think it was '94) when the Fed raised interest rates three times that year. It sucked. Being a relative novice at the time (and I've probably learned little since then), it was painful to own stocks. If experience is the best teacher, than I'd rather be in cash. OTOH, when has any situation in the market ever turned out the same way twice. Just when I've figured out the key, someone changes the lock.
