Phillip, I am sorry, but i did not find those incentives on the site you cited, in any event, the drive for typical (and I say typical because their might very well be organization, not necessarily VC, that invest in tax preferred situations) VC is not the taxation, but the company and more important management prior achievement. If such a VC would look at TSIG's management resume, they'll get convulsions.
