gbh, you apparently have not read Chambers' most recent vision statement. It's understandable, though. It falls under the heading of bible editing. See:

BTW, there's an awful lot of ATM going in right now in the ILEC DSL space (and elsewhere). And it's all slated, for the most part, to carry IP.
