John, the 100K net adds per month is just my personal metric for what would constitute complete success. It's more or less consistent with getting the 2002 numbers mgmt has forecast. I think the company and stock would still be pretty healthy at a number as low as 50K/ month in 3Q00, but a 100K is a nice round target. DISH and Direct TV manage to each get that in a smaller (geographic) market, so it's a milestone that has been achieved by sat companies in the past.
