Sorry I am so dense as to not follow your drift, but what is happening to the Sept call option volume, and what do you make of it?

Be more specific. There has been rumor about T moving to cdma, but that's all it is, rumor. T announced large infra upgrade contracts last week with LU and Nortel--tdma only. It appears that ATT is not at all close to migrating to cdma system. Speculation re Sept. calls is more likely related to belief that Sept. 9 analyst meeting will be positive: More specifically that management will give clue as to how the quarter is going, which last time was very bullish for the stock.
