You don't actually believe that do you? Armstrong is going to do whatever is best for T, period. The threat of his being negligent towards ATHM shareholders because he has to make some tough decisions is hardly going to hold back the man with one of the best legal teams in corporate America. Is Armstrongs FIDUCIARY DUTY stronger towards T shareholders of ATHM shareholders? This is not some grad school hypothetical quandry this guy is in, he's a pure deal maker and will accomplish his goals in ways you cannot imagine.
