Mad2, I have read the 8-K, the S-3, and the 424B3 in great detail. I have discussed the contents of those documents with GumTech management in great detail. I understand them fully and would be more than happy to discuss anything specific that you have a problem with. Yuk is not a valid comment to describe the financing with Citadel. It is a valid comment however, to describe your one liner bashings of GumTech and your insistence to avoid addressing meaningful issues. I think you are the reincarnation of Wexler. Both you and he shoot from the hip with one liners and don't address anything that anyone posts.
