You saying that anyone can get AOL for $10 more. While I don't disagree, there is a profound difference between an MSO pushing a service vs. paying extra for the content on another web site. UMG owns 40% of RR and AT$T owns UMG, but T isn't encouraging UMG to run ATHM. No doubt they do this because of the threat of regulatory interference. Nonetheless, Armstrong isn't putting in a call to UMG to downplay rather than push AOL on RR. It sounds like a massive conflict of interest to me.
