I personally appreciate your efforts on this thread. I have two questions that hopefully you can comment on. First of all, I vaguely recall a holdback of a certain number of BRCM shares for contingency reasons. Is there some plus or minus 60,000 shares that ALSC may eventually receive if everything goes well and no problems surface? If so, we may have some additional value here. Lastly, should we be tax effecting the appreciation on these assets to arrive at the true book value numbers?
