Reading the 10K, it says that Interlink Management Corporation has beneficial ownership of 21.9 million shares of LITH. That's Neil "Jeb" Bush's company, isn't it? George Bush's son, Governor of Florida, S&L scandal guy?

My reading of the 10K says Interlink essentially received 22 million shares in January '99 from converting a $5.5 million note. That works out to "paying" about $.25/share (though practically, perhaps they didn't have much of a choice in view of LITH's cash position at the time).

Does anybody know anything more about the Jeb Bush connection? This looks like a positive to me.

Acer Labs is preparing for its IPO in Taiwan next week. Maybe if they do well they will dump some money into LITH.
