I don't know about this. If it's just a 5% performance increase, which is about the median of estimates I've seen, and they do have problems with their ramp, was it worth it?

Of course, if Cu for AMD turns out to be a massive performance increase, that mitigates the associated risk substantially. I await the future with bated breath.
