WHAT!!! You think a deal should be based on the AUTHORIZED??? Man I wish I could get a deal like that. Besides I do not know what the authorized is. It is non reporting and until reporting that is something I can not verify ... where are you getting 48M? Haber got 10% of the company at the time the deal was done. After the deal was done then 90% of Orex decided to go public and got the shareholder vote to do so. What part of this are you dtruggling with? You think Haber should have an on going 10% or something? LOL ... you are nutz!!! WHO WERE THE PROMOTERS? :-) GB
