Won't affect the stock; forgone conclusion that Qcom would win the trade dress claims. Remember, MOT was denied temporary injunction and that was affirmed by the Court of Appeals. One standard for getting temporary injunction is that plaintiff "will probably win." Trial judge ruled otherwise--that the design was distinctive--and no reason to have thought judge would change his mind or that there would be new evidence.
