Keith the volume will tell the story. I don't see
any large amounts offered for sell. Small amounts
at .46 to .53. Doesn't look to bad for now.

Dear Keith,
Regardless of the SB2 the market will determine a fair market valuation. It is curious that such a high value remains on the SB2 any new buyer would look at that and do a tad of due diligence and go elsewhere. An APO is far cry from an IPO, worlds apart to be realistic, if it was a simple APO by the Company alone there is a brighter outlook, but the fact that so many insiders have piggybacked on this APO to dump their shares sends up red flags galore. There is no altruism here for woo woo positioning, anyone that is working for shares for lack of any ability to be paid in cash is registering to sell as part of their contract. Pay close attention to past due bills in SB2 and all of that language, we had someone come here months ago that spoke about that and whoops that person was trashed by the infamous CEO Michael Sheppard in theoretical privy conversations, he really popped a vein on those facts didn't he. Well it is all in black and white for all to see in the SB2, that person was "spot on" ( Brit for accurate ).,, Barbara
P.S. NH what was the name of that firm??
