No, it's not correct , A@P testified against a target of the SEC and , the defendants Atty, is the one who claimed that A@P did something wrong , in an attempt to discredit the SEC's " killer witness", ( His words not mine ).

So it is clear that A@P did nothing wrong and the NASD is a private company and has no Governmental powers although they try very hard to mislead the public into thinking that they are some kind of Govt Body.

A@P has never ever been in trouble with the SEC, that is the only correct statement you can make.
