AFCX just bought out at $45/share. It will be interesting what this does for the sector. They had revenues of about $72 mill the last quarter compared to $40 mill of IFCI. AFC Cable Systems, designs, manufactures and supplies electrical, voice and data distribution products used in the construction and modernization of non-residential buildings. For the three months ended 4/3/99, revenues rose 12% to $72.9 million. Net income rose 25% to $6.9 million.
