OLYPHANT, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 3, 1999--Warner Advanced Media Operations (WAMO), a division of WEA Mfg., a Time Warner Company, announced today an agreement to incorporate Greenleaf Technologies Corp. (OTC BB: GLFC) (Greenleaf) into WAMO's Worldwide Affiliate Program. Based in Austin, Texas, Greenleaf will provide encryption services for DVD-ROM software bundles for WAMO's Worldwide Affiliate members.

"Greenleaf's encryption technology leverages the Internet to demonstrate the awesome power of DVD-ROM as revenue producing media for replicators, content owners and PC OEMs," stated Richard Marquardt Jr., Senior Vice President and General Manager of WAMO. The WAMO / Greenleaf agreement by encouraging software distributors to move to DVD will help ensure that DVD becomes the digital medium of choice for years to come."

WAMO, Greenleaf and Infogrames (WIG), in combination with BroadcastDVD are currently producing The Big WIG DVD Keeper - the first PC game bundle on DVD. Each episode of the Keeper series will include one or more free games, trial versions of top shelf, new release games with the full versions encrypted on the DVD for purchase via the Internet or by phone. The first installment of the Keeper series includes free versions of Super Bubsy and V-Rally. Available for purchase on the disc is Jack Nicklaus 5, HardBall 6 - 2000 Edition and Test Drive 5.

Infogrames plans to include other triple A games as they become available for the PC format such as Outcast, Slave Zero, Silver, Demolition Racer, Rally Masters, Mission Impossible, Supreme Snowboarding, Rattle & Beetle, Test Drive 6, Blade, V-Rally 2 and Test Drive Cycles. BroadcastDVD's FilmFest brings a fresh approach to filmed entertainment and will contribute to making the Keeper series true "keepers".

The WIG team will expand upon the Big WIG Keeper by incorporating third party content and assembling similar software bundles for distribution through PC OEMs, retail and direct distribution worldwide for utilities, business applications and audio books.
Greenleaf, as a member of the Worldwide Affiliate Program, becomes the exclusive software security provider for all DVD-ROM projects for affiliate members. Greenleaf will also provide technology solutions for e-commerce and secured Internet distribution of content.

The WAMO Worldwide Affiliate Program is a network of DVD replication facilities that gives a replicator exclusive replication rights in a determined territory to manufacture DVD-5s, 9s, 10s and 18s for Warner Home Video, PC OEMs and other movie studios that have contracted with WAMO. Additionally, each Affiliate shares DVD replication offloads with other Affiliates and gives replicators the opportunity for shared R&D and process improvement.

Other members of the Affiliate Program include AMC (Japan), Deluxe (Germany), Infodisc Technology (Taiwan), MEGA (South Africa), Mercury (Malaysia), Pacific Mirror Image (Australia) and Warner Music Manufacturing Europe (Germany) with announcements soon to be made for Brazil, China, Russia and other locations.
