Yes, and I speculated here a few days ago that APLX would crash, but instead it has soared. Go figure. I think there's some speculation that if Star Division was a good takeover candidate, APLX might be as well.

Yeah well, who? IBM has already passed on the concept. Who else can bring a competitive suite product against Sun under this model, on the same scale?

Linux mania is starting to set in. I've been following this market and from the desktop product perspective, it just isn't there. All those Linux installations aren't translating into suite sales. You can see that from APLX earnings growth. With Star going free and possibly open source, It kinda takes out the whole product revenue line from the Linux market, I'd think.

And I'm telling you this while holding CORL. :)

I understand APLX software cost more than Star Office.
