I think stockbug's point is that he can't find any record whatsoever on the web that Fahnestock downgraded CUBE from Strong Buy to Hold as you posted here: #reply-11086433 It's a valid point, although the post's actual impact to CUBE's price might be a little overstated <g>. The info might be good, but it shouldn't be posted as a fact unless it can be backed up--a simple standard that David and others have applied to other posters on this thread. Are analyst upgrade/downgrades generally made public right away? Or is there a period of time during which the media cannot get access to the reports that contain the ratings? C-POS it may be, but still long <g>.
