Other Points of Interest that I pulled from the filing statements

- Both Mr. Farbolin and Mr. Bravo have been engaged to consult with the ATS management team as to general and specific information relating to marketing ATS's products, gathering and analyzing market and competitive data, and locating, introducing and referring ATS in respect of sales and partnering opportunities.

My comments . . . As a result of their past successes and contacts, these two gentlemen have significant influence within the business and institutional investment communities. It is nice to see them working to move ADS into the spotlight.

- Shares owned by all Officers and Directors as a group (7 persons) = 1,678,790

- AdSys currently maintains two stock option plans: the 1997 Employee Stock Option Plan, and the 1997 Director Stock Option Plan. The Employee Plan was adopted and approved by the Board and the Shareholders as of July 1, 1997. The Employee Plan was amended April 15, 1999 to cover a maximum of 4.5 million shares.

- As of July 1, 1999, there were a total of 2,654,000 options outstanding under the Employee Plan to a total of approximately 50 employees and outside service providers.

- Under the Director Plan, options to acquire up to a maximum of 1,000,000 shares may be granted to members of the AdSys Board of Directors.

- On July 15 of each year, each director receives an option to acquire 33,000 shares. As of July 15, 1999, options to acquire a total of 765,000 shares were outstanding, of which 223,622 had vested or were exercisable.

My comments . . . It is encouraging to see that everyone within this organization has a vested interest in moving this company's share price higher. The higher it goes, the more they stand to gain. I believe it makes for a motivated work force who will gain only if we as investors gain too.

CC, I have just read your comprehensive profile of the principals in the company and am duly impressed. They no doubt have the abilty to open doors to the major industries and this helps me understand how we were getting those impressive contracts. I also note that well in excess of 40% of the stock is in friendly hands. Thanks for your hard work on this and I look forward to any info you care to chase down and I am really looking forward to the quarter by quarter performance of ADSN. While I would dearly love to see them go Nasdaq now, I can't help but think that entering Nas with an impressive Q by Q and solid stock price in excess of the $1 can only make it that much more explosive when the time comes. I might add that I am some happy with us having satisfied SEC and have met their stringent new filing requirements. Can only think how many other BB's envy us now. We all know that many others will never meet the requirements and are destined for the pink sheets as their turn comes up. Will be following this stock with great anticipation.
Thanks again....C
