Well, they have been going on for years but right now we have a board that is all ears. They probably thought Coates was lowering the value of the company by telegraphing strategy: sell and sell quickly. Maybe, that's really just a guess on my part. In any event, things should be heating up on both the product development and merger fronts soon now. If Forte can get $400 million plus, Inprise ought to be worth $800 plus without even washing the windows on the place. I think they'll get $12 but I'll settle for $10.
