CELL Up, Good catch. With the low volume of late, CELL's almost certain to say MEOW today, presuming a close off the low, of course. What you're looking for, in an ideal world, would be for volume over 1.5 million (higher than the 8/2 peak), though this is extremely unlikely. That being the case, it would be highly desireable for volume to top 1m, creating a new spike relative to the past two weeks of relatively low trading. That would signify a bottom more clearly, though today's current pace is already clear enough to set up something. The main heartening thing about CELL is that it hasn't rewarded yet. These guys ALWAYS reward at least once (if only from final short-covering); the trick, of course, is to be on board when that happens. Again, good catch, Ivan
