Hmmm more convenient lies ... but that is expected since the post has your name on it. Lets see, I never was hired by MIDL for anything nor received any compnesation. Volunteered as a IR for no compensation and never was paid for expenses while in that role but then again I never billed the company. DMEC, I am the investor relations and internet media consultant, the stock price is not part of my contract. LOL ... nice try there Jeff but as ususal you post only lies. Now if Greg Finney (the IR) quits and they get fully reporting then I would apply for the IR position. Promoters are entirely different than Investor relations, IRs come under the guidelines of the SEC and IRI (Investor Relations Institute) ... IRs can not run stocks. IRs answer questions and do not give recommendations. That's right, that is the truth and you can't have that can you. :-) You do not want anyone calling and doing DD through an investor relations person who is accountable to the SEC. You want them to follow your distortion and lies not call the company for the truth. IRs are the most careful individuals in the market. They just answer questions. For example did you know that the IRI advises IRs to distribute material news to the media before putting it on a website. See IRs have to read up on things like Hassle-free News Releases and Distribution, keep up with edgarizing, comunications after the filings, building shareholder confidence over time, staying on top of events and accurately communicating the status of said events, and help to develop winning strategies for a winning scenario. Bottomline is an IR enhances corporate value through effective communications and discipline. Ok back to the distortion. :-) GB
