Get EFAX, Claudia. Works great. I have an EFAX number both at home and at work.

The ratio is simple. The stock to be issued is as follows. For every 8 shares of Avalon you receive 1 share of AHS (Stayhealthy.com). Less a 15% hold back. The 15% is being held in escrow.
If you had therefore, for sake of argument 800 Avalon shares you would be entitled to 100 AHS. You would receive 85 now and the remaining 15 once the escrow terms had been met.

I have had no trouble with NDB. I checked my account and they have it all correct, except they rounded down instead of up, but I can live with that.

What is all this stuff about an IPO at $60 and up? Most of these internet companies start around $10 or so and then jump the first day.

But hoping you guys are right.
