Lee,

If we close at these levels where the DOW is down about 100, I will be starting to get oversold readings, but not yet CLASS BUYs.

If we continue down TUE and WED, I will probably start to get CLASS BUY signals.

This has been a strong negative 3-DAY PATTERN which imples further negativity, but that does not mean we cant get a little bounce.

Lee: . Amazing also that I am not seeing a lot of selling of the market generals. Nothing even close to resembling panic yet.

I don't think the Market is going down dramatically initially, as most are thoroughly whipped into bullish submission.

The buy the dip mentality is re-enforced enough. Eventually the next dip will not be the dip, but a lower low and lower high process...<gg> Now the trick will be to know when that cycle starts and move to the sidelines for the conservatives and for the "risk" takers to go short.

Because, once the majority realize what is unfolding, the single day event will be near or already in motion.

Be sure and let me know when...<gg>

Regards,
LG
