I think that it is only for one year now. But it might still have the same effect, who knows how cheap it will be in 10 months.

I spoke with Rosie Dennis today at WWWC who said that many of the new restricted NWDP shares have been mailed out even though some share holders had crossed out the "...ratify, agree and affirm..." statement in the "conversion letter". She said I could do the same thing if I wanted to. In any case, all of the conversions are effective as of 6/11/99 (the 90 day court agreement). She said the shares will remain restricted under "Rule 144" until registration has been approved which takes 4 to 6 months. But in any case the shares will become unrestricted no later than 6/10/00. If what Rosie told me is correct, then the previous "information" I reported that the shares may become unrestricted immediately apparently is in error? I understand that Peter Michaels is in Australia and scheduled to return to California tomorrow night.
