Terry, we shall see...perhaps the panic cycle is underway already, who can really tell? i'm not a great fan of astrological forecasting, as astrology remains an article of faith. however, the moon does exert some influence on human behavior, as both anecdotal evidence and word such as 'lunacy' attest to.
