Kenneth, re:"too much overlap with Bay Products..." Hi Kenneth, I tend to agree with you. The big networking/phone companies are looking for networking technology to put more on their wires via very high capacity advanced ip switching technology or optical. They also want technology that will give them access to other exploding markets...I would think the wireless and mobile markets fit this criteria. Regarding CRM... didn't Cisco purchase somebody in this area this year? Just my opinion. Jon :)
