Question for BS:

Does he still think that LOR can make it on its own, or
is a takeover by ALA or T or another player a possibility?
In other words, would he accept an offer, provided the parameters were satisfactory?

Two Loral questions for BLS:

1) What's the plan to coordinate/resolve dispute with Eutelsat on Orion 2 orbital slot and what's the contingecy plan if that plan is not successful?

2) What is Loral's contingency plan to minimize damage to LOR shareholder value in event G* is a total disaster; i.e. when and how will Loral start cutting it's losses?

Since no prudent CEO would provide a substantive response to the above questions, I thought of two easier ones:

1) If things go as planned, seven Loral built satellites will be launched from four sites around the world in a two week period during September. Is BLS aware of any comparable accomplishment in the history of aerospace industry, and what PR steps has Loral planned to exploit such a feat?

2) How much money does Lor expect to earn, say, in 2002 from G* outside of it's equity in G*, for example, from Mgmt fees, profit participation in Mexico, Canada, Brazil and Russian GWs, etc.

Thanks again for requesting input.
