A little caution because if you look at CLTR today, you will see what can happen to a biotech in which there are unresolved issues.

I'm not saying this is the case with LIPO, but previous history with drug has raised some red flags.

I'm for any drug that will help in this dreaded area for women.

I guess the market is answering my own question. At 19 5/16 it appears that we are heading back down to the $17 1/2 - 18 1/2 level.
This fits in line with the fair value that H&Q sees with Evacet. Any bounce on good news may bring it up to $25.

It appears that any of us who did indeed buy in the 20's were being taken for as suckers. This has to be one of the few stocks that is expecting positive news and it heads south.
