Hank, I am a plantinum member, and I've been a member of schwab 500 for years.

If you called them regularly, you would know that the platinum team has a VERY small amount of brokers as opposed to the general pool at 1800435-400. I sometimes get hold times of 15 minutes on the plat line, but never more than 2-3 on the general line.

True, the regular broker guys are more clueless, but I wanted my trades done RIGHT THEN.
