If you read the 68 page SNMM warrant, you must be very worried about CRY. I'm an attorney, and I'll tell you I was amazed that most of the warrant was devoted to the investigation of bets placed with SNMM's licensees, including -- and this made me chuckle -- Lasvegascasino.com.

If the authorities charge Starnet with a "proceeds of a crime" indictment based on the fact that Canadians are betting on Starnet's licensees' sites, either the authorities will also have to go after Cryptologic, or Starnet will have a potentially potent "selective prosecution" defense.

Either way, you should be concerned for CRY.
